APPLICATION INFORMATION

•  Generator sets are assembled to meet the specifications of the user.
• The standard generator set is supplied ready to run except for coolant and lubricating oil.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

• 12 volt system with battery charging alternator and starter motor.

BASEFRAME

• Generator set is mounted on a heavy-duty fabricated and welded steel base pan.

COOLING RADIATOR SYSTEM

• Permits operation at ambient temperature to 120° F.

COUPLING AND MOUNTING

• The engine flywheel is flexibly coupled to the alternator rotor by means of a SAE flange. This prevents misalignment after prolonged use.

ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTING PADS

• Affixed between the engine/alternator feet and the baseframe to isolate vibration of the rotating assemblies.

ENGINE FILTRATION SYSTEM

• Heavy-duty dry-type air filters, with replaceable elements suitable for use in dusty conditions, are supplied with each unit. Fuel filter and lubricating oil filters also have replaceable elements.

EXHAUST SYSTEM

• Heavy-duty industrial capacity exhaust silencer.

SAFETY GUARDS

• The fan, fan drive, and battery charging alternator drive are fully guarded for personnel protection.

FACTORY TESTED

• Each generator set is load tested at the factory before shipment. During the testing the generator set and its systems are tested as a complete unit. Control functions, site load conditions and potential system faults are simulated.
